**Overview**

- Seeking an experienced litigation attorney with 2-4 years of experience
- Opportunity to join the aviation, aerospace, and products liability practice at a premier law firm
- Position open in Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Francisco (other locations in California considered)

**Responsibilities**

- Taking depositions, arguing motions, and attending court hearings and mediations
- Drafting motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Preparing status reports and recommendations for clients
- Reviewing document collections for litigation
- Working on all aspects of litigation, from initial pleadings to trial

**Education and Experience**

- Ideal candidate will have experience in aviation and/or products liability
- Preferred skills include discovery and law and motion experience, state and federal court experience, and excellent academic credentials
- Must have strong writing and analytical skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and time-sensitive matters
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to work independently and within a team

**Salary Information**

- Salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 for San Francisco; $155,000 - $175,000 for Los Angeles; and $150,000 - $170,000 for Orange County
- Range takes into account factors such as experience, training, licensure, and organizational needs
- Salary may be adjusted for applicable geographic differential
- Compensation decisions are made on a case-by-case basis
