Job Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of workers’ compensation cases, including client intake, drafting pleadings and motions, and preparing for hearings and trials
- Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support case strategies
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other parties involved in the case
- Maintain case files and document all case-related activities and communications
- Schedule and coordinate depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings
- Prepare and file legal documents with the court
- Attend hearings and trials with attorneys and provide support as needed

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in workers’ compensation or personal injury law
- Knowledge of workers’ compensation laws and procedures
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
