Job Summary:
Our law firm, Polsinelli, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Toxic Tort Paralegal to join our Products Liability and Toxic Tort Practice Group. With over 5 years of experience in asbestos/toxic tort litigation cases, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the litigation process and be able to effectively manage multiple cases from start to trial. This full-time position is available in our Los Angeles/Century City and San Francisco offices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents
- Manage multiple cases from start to trial
- Collect, organize, analyze, and summarize medical records and other documents
- Assist with deposition and trial preparation
- Conduct document searches and factual research
- Communicate with clients, court, medical providers/experts, and other legal counsel involved in the case

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Paralegal certification
- 5+ years of experience in litigation, specifically in asbestos/toxic tort cases
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptionally organized and detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with database programs and document organization
- Ability to work well in a team and interact with all levels of personnel
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills

Salary Information:
The budgeted salary range for this role is $85,000 - $120,000.
