As an Of Counsel Attorney, you will have the opportunity to defend and litigate a variety of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. This role requires a JD from an ABA accredited law school and at least 8 years of litigation experience, with a strong background in employment law preferred. Key Responsibilities:

- Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination
- Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters
- Provide advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of labor and employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

- JD from an ABA accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- 8+ years of litigation experience, with a background in employment law preferred
- Active OR bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly
- Strong understanding of current court and employment-related agency procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork
