Law Firm Seeking Experienced Government Contracts and Regulations Attorney

Are you an experienced attorney looking for a new opportunity in the government contracts and regulations space? Clark Hill PLC, an AmLaw 200 law firm with 29 offices across the United States, Ireland, and Mexico, is seeking a qualified attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join our Government Contracts and Regulation business unit. This is a flexible location position, with preferred candidates located in Washington .

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:

- A strong familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency supplements
- Experience counseling clients on FAR compliance and certification requirements
- Prosecuting and defending bid protests at the GAO and Court of Federal Claims
- Experience with other government contracts litigation and investigations, such as contract claims, OIG investigations, whistle-blower claims, false claims, and prime-subcontractor disputes
- Assisting clients in acquiring Federal Government prime contracts
- Negotiation and preparation of subcontracts, teaming agreements, and joint ventures
- Familiarity with small and disadvantaged business programs and processes
- Representation of clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions involving government contracts
- Advising public and non-profit clients on federal financial assistance awards

In addition, candidates with portable business or a track record of client acquisition are preferred.
