Job Responsibilities:

- Develop new cases, interview potential clients and witnesses, and gather evidence
- Maintain client contact and develop relationships with impacted individuals
- Draft state and federal court pleadings and motions
- Manage case discovery, including drafting demands and responsive answers, document review and production
- Calendar events and manage case organization
- Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances
