Salary Information:
- Washington, DC: $225,000 to $300,000 per year
- Additional contingent compensation may be available based on factors such as work performance, location, experience, education, and qualifications.

Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in affordable housing or real estate, with a focus on HUD programs.
- Knowledge of HUD regulations and transactional issues, as well as interest in real estate finance, housing, and community development.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local real property, affordable housing, and community development programs preferred.
- Strong academic credentials, communication and writing skills, and proficiency with technology and project management.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Work on complex affordable housing and real estate matters involving HUD programs.
- Provide legal counsel on HUD regulatory and transactional issues.
- Participate in real estate finance, housing, and community development projects.
- Stay updated on federal, state, and local regulations and programs related to affordable housing and community development.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Washington DC or eligible to waive in.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- 2-5 years of experience in affordable housing or real estate, with a focus on HUD programs.
- Knowledge of HUD regulations and transactional issues.
- Interest in real estate finance, housing, and community development.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local real property, affordable housing, and community development programs preferred.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Comfort with technology and project management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
