Our law firm is looking for an experienced and dedicated paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in insurance/bad faith litigation and/or personal injury, and be proficient in Spanish. H2: Job Responsibilities

As a paralegal in our law firm, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing drafts of written discovery
• Communicating with clients and assisting them with the discovery process
• Drafting various letters
• Scheduling depositions, hearings, mediations, and other case related appointments
• Setting motions for hearing with the court
• Setting cases for trial
• Drafting pleadings, scheduling orders and basic motions
• Communicating with new and existing clients to include new case intake, onboarding, and pertinent status updates
• Managing databases, filing, and documentation in office systems
• Calendaring deadlines and reminders

H2: Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should have the ability to:

• Adapt to changes in priorities and assignments
• Communicate professionally when dealing with the needs, problems and/or concerns of court staff, office staff, clients and vendors
• Exercise sound judgment in accordance with the firm's operating principles and standards
• Identify and solve problems
• Prioritize work assignments to ensure completion within established timeframes
• Work independently

Additionally, the ideal candidate should:

• Speak Spanish fluently
• Be familiar with Mac computers
• Have experience in insurance/bad faith litigation and/or personal injury
• Have 3+ years of paralegal experience
