The candidate should preferably have 3+ years of experience as a Patent Agent prosecuting patents in the immunology and molecular biology therapeutic space. Must have a . in immunology or virology. Should have experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, responding to office actions, assisting in the preparation of opinions and conducting prior art searches in the fields of immunotherapy, gene therapy, cell therapy and related fields. Strong academic credentials and admission to practice before the USPTO are required.
