Position Summary:

Location: Dallas or Austin
Experience: 3-5 years of IP Litigation experience
Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of IP litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting legal research, and managing discovery and trial preparation.
Communicate with clients, counsel, and opposing parties in a professional and effective manner.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the firm to provide the best possible legal services to clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources.
Stay current with legal developments and changes in the IP litigation field.
Participate in firm events and activities.

Qualifications:

. from an accredited law school and admission to the Texas State Bar.
At least 3 years of experience in IP litigation, preferably at an AmLaw 200 or equivalent firm.
Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Demonstrated commitment to excellence and client service.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Strong work ethic and dedication to professional development.
