Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide general immigration support to attorneys across multiple office locations
- Interact with external clients and internal support staff
- Prepare and file a variety of non-immigrant and immigrant employment petitions
- Handle PERM labor certification applications, visa applications, and applications for adjustment of status
- Assist with applications for . citizenship
- Utilize immigration-based forms, systems, and document management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with legal time and billing systems
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Motivated and self-directed with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues
- Prioritize work projects and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team player willing to help during peak times

Requirements:

- 3+ years of paralegal experience and a paralegal certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of business immigration experience required
- Foreign language skills preferred
