BakerHostetler Law Firm is seeking a mid-level Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Commercial Litigation Practice in the Orlando office. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:
• Work on complex litigation matters as part of the Commercial Litigation Team.
• Prepare pleadings, respond to paper discovery, take and defend depositions, and draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Handle federal and state court litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and writing with strong oral advocacy and discovery skills.
• Manage a fast-paced and complex workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve successful outcomes.
• Adhere to professional standards and maintain a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in general commercial litigation.
• Admitted to practice law in Florida.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong research, writing, oral advocacy, and discovery skills.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in AmLaw 100 law firms.
• Experience in product liability, ADA, construction, real estate, or class action litigation.
• Prior federal law clerk experience.
