- Primary duties include complying with requests for medical records, drafting discovery devices, coordinating depositions, and managing a large case load.
- Requirements include at least 2 years of experience in workers’ compensation, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and knowledge of the New York State Workers' Compensation Board.
- Strong organization skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.
- Knowledge of Adobe, Ardent Total Office, Expert Time, and Nitro PDF are a plus.
- Salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000.
- This is a full-time position within our Workers' Compensation department.
