Law firm King & Spalding is currently seeking an experienced associate for their Washington, . office to handle ITC section 337 investigations. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in this field, with a strong background in federal district court patent, trademark, or copyright litigation, or other international trade remedy investigations.
