Frost Brown Todd LLP, a reputable national law firm with over 1000 legal and business professionals in sixteen offices, is currently seeking a skilled Corporate Paralegal to join their team. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. The firm is looking for a candidate with strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.

Job Responsibilities:
• Drafting documents for financing and other commercial transactions
• Conducting and summarizing entity organizational documents and due diligence
• Updating deal checklists and keeping track of all due diligence
• Drafting and preparing organizational documents for entities
• Preparing stock certificates, stock powers, and other stock transfer documents
• Preparing officer certificates and resolutions
• Coordinating searches in state and county jurisdictions for state/federal tax liens, UCC filings, judgments, outstanding litigation and similar items
• Reviewing and summarizing search results
• Preparing and filing UCC and mortgage releases and similar documents

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree and/or paralegal certificate required
• 3+ years of paralegal experience
• Experience with general corporate paralegal work, such as corporate filings, UCC searches, minute books. Experience with loan transactions is recommended
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• Extraordinary attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task when needed
• Ability to work individually or in team environment

This position can be filled in Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Indianapolis, IN or Nashville, TN.
