Fish & Richardson, a premier global intellectual property law firm, is seeking a Patent Paralegal - Prosecution who is fluent in Mandarin and English. This full-time position is located at various locations including Texas and Washington . The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Patent Paralegal and be responsible for a variety of administrative and procedural duties related to the patent prosecution process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare documents for various phases of . and Foreign patent prosecution
- Maintain and manage a prosecution docket
- Meet billable goal of 1300 hours per year
- Fluent in speaking and writing Mandarin and English
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Patent Paralegal - .
- Experience with Prolaw preferred
- Ability to work in the office at least 3 days per month

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Patent Paralegal - .
- Fluent in speaking and writing Mandarin and English
- Experience in a billable patent paralegal role preferred
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Excel
