Stoel Rives LLP is currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Boise, ID. This position will assist attorneys in the delivery of legal services to our clients and work closely with both lawyers and clients. The ideal candidate will have a paralegal certificate, 3-5 years of related experience, and strong technical knowledge in the area of practice-related codes, statutes, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct pre-claim investigations, legal research, and initial case assessments
- Manage litigation review databases and document productions
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and motions
- Analyze evidence and assist with trial preparation
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients

Essential Capabilities:

- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, both written and oral
- High work standards and ability to work independently and under pressure
- Technical knowledge of relevant codes, statutes, and regulations
- Adaptability and ability to work on a variety of projects

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Paralegal certificate in appropriate jurisdiction
- 3-5 years of related experience

Work Hours and Benefits:
