Stange Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated Paralegal/Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary to join our team in our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma location. Responsibilities:

Greet clients and take accurate messages when individuals are not available
Prepare and draft legal documents for filing
Conduct legal research for assigned issues
Perform administrative duties such as filing and organizing files
Enter billable hours into designated software
Complete any other tasks requested by the Firm Management Team

Qualifications:

Preferably have experience in a law firm, particularly in domestic or family law
Familiarity with PC programs and strong computer skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Senior Paralegal / Legal Assistant positions available for those with prior family law or litigation experience
