Overview:

- Farah & Farah, a premier personal injury law firm in Southeast GA, is seeking a self-motivated and skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The firm is committed to delivering justice for their clients with uncompromising support, professionalism, and compassion.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct pre-claim investigations, legal research, and initial case assessments
- Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and file them with the court
- Perform administrative duties such as calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, and manage logistics
- Assist with preparation of federal and state administrative filings
- Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
- Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices
- Assist with trial and arbitration preparation, including managing trial exhibits and providing other trial-related assistance
- Aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests
- Gather relevant information from various sources, including Lexis and Westlaw research
- Liaise between trial teams and internal/external third parties
- Help with voir-dire, jury selection, and witness preparation
- Assist with case settlements
- Address client inquiries regarding case status and process
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience working as a Litigation Paralegal in Personal Injury law
- Experience with federal/state court litigation from onset to trial phase
- Familiarity with federal and state procedures and court rules
- Knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with legal technology
- Knowledge of federal filing systems
- Bilingual proficiency a plus
- Working knowledge of case management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Paralegal associates degree or other relevant certification preferred
