Responsibilities

Manage foreclosure files from referral through conclusion
Order title, obtain payoffs, deed, assignment, and letter preparation
Meet time sensitive deadlines
Provide updates and timely responses to clients
Conduct legal research and writing as needed
Maintain organized and accurate case files
Communicate with clients, attorneys, and courts as necessary
Work closely with attorneys to ensure efficient and timely case resolution
Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to foreclosure processes


Skills

Knowledge of real estate default services and foreclosure process
Experience with LPS, Caseaware, Tempo, etc.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent research and writing abilities
