Requirements:

Previous law firm or industry experience preferred.
Qualified to sit for the USPTO patent bar and required to take and pass the exam prior to starting at the firm.
LSAT and imminent plans to attend law school strongly preferred.

- Wilson Sonsini, a top law firm, is looking for a skilled patent agent with a background in engineering to join our Patents and Innovations Group.
- This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $210,000, based on experience level, and the opportunity for discretionary merit bonuses.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, bioinformatics, AI/ML, or a related field.
