Duties: Representing lenders and financial institutions in the drafting/negotiation of documentation relating to project financing, including construction, term, and development financings; Representing infrastructure and private equity funds in M&A transactions involving energy and infrastructure assets and projects; Representing project developers and project sponsors in the drafting/negotiation of renewable energy project documents, such as EPC contracts, O&M agreements, power purchase agreements and ground and roof leases, as well as conducting due diligence of renewable energy projects; and Representing buyers and sellers in corporate acquisitions and dispositions. `

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Candidate must have an excellent academic record and strong writing and analysis skills. 5-8 years of experience in renewable energy project development, project finance, and mergers and acquisitions. An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong interest in growing a renewable energy practice. should have meaningful experience with transacting on renewable energy projects involving wind and solar power, including complex transactions involving project finance, investment structures, tax equity, real estate, and energy laws. `
