Barclay Damon LLP, a leading regional law firm, is seeking an associate with at least 1-3 years of experience to join their Property Tax & Condemnation Practice Area. This position is available in multiple locations including Albany, Boston, Buffalo, New Haven, New York City, Rochester, Syracuse, and Washington DC. The firm has a strategic platform of offices and also operates in Toronto.

Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years of experience as a practicing attorney in real property, tax, or litigation
- Experience with real property tax litigation, assessment challenges, valuation issues, and eminent domain matters is a plus
- Must be licensed to practice law in New York State
- Strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills

Salary: $100,000 to $145,000

Responsibilities:
- Support the Property Tax & Condemnation Practice Area
- Handle real property tax litigation, assessment challenges, valuation issues, and eminent domain matters
- Work with clients and provide legal advice and counsel
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Represent clients in court or during negotiations

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience as a practicing attorney in real property, tax, or litigation
- Knowledge of real property tax litigation, assessment challenges, valuation issues, and eminent domain matters
- Licensed to practice law in New York State
- Strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills

Location: Multiple locations available, including Albany, Boston, Buffalo, New Haven, New York City, Rochester, Syracuse, and Washington DC. Buffalo or Syracuse office preferred but not required.
