##H2 Job Requirements

To qualify for the Sr. Paralegal role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
- 6 years’ Paralegal experience supporting a Finance practice group in a law firm or professional services environment
- Experience managing data rooms and matter files on document management systems
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of work

The following qualifications are preferred, but not required:

- Blue Sky experience
- Experience preparing and filing a variety of corporate legal documents
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Large firm experience

##H2 Job Responsibilities

The Sr. Paralegal will be responsible for a range of substantive case, matter, or entity-related duties by supporting efforts between lawyers, clients, outside legal counsel, opposing legal counsel, and other parties. This will include developing, monitoring, and updating closing and other books and other documents.

The Sr. Paralegal will also be responsible for researching, preparing, and filing legal UCC Financing Statements, Articles of Incorporation/Organization, annual reports, managing data rooms, and matter files, coordinating execution and delivery of documentation to other parties’ counsel, lenders, governmental agencies, etc., including all closing documentation. The Sr. Paralegal will also develop, monitor, and update closing and other checklists.

##H2 Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position, if hired to work in New York City, California or Washington is $95k-$130k. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
