- Minimum of 5 years experience in trademark portfolio management, clearance searches, and prosecution
- Familiarity with USPTO Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings and international trademark matters required
- Must be licensed to practice law in jurisdiction of application
- Excellent references required

Salary Information:
- New York: $135,000 - $175,000 (based on experience)
- Chicago and Washington, DC: commensurate with experience

Experience Information:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in trademark portfolio management, clearance searches, and prosecution
- Experience with USPTO Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings
- Familiarity with international trademark matters, including working with non-US trademark agents under the Madrid Protocol

- Minimum of 5 years experience in trademark portfolio management, clearance searches, and prosecution
- Familiarity with USPTO Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings, including drafting substantive office action responses, notices of opposition, and petitions for cancellation
- Experience working with international trademark prosecution and dispute matters, including under the Madrid Protocol with non-US trademark agents
- Must be currently licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction of application
- Excellent references required
