Job Description



The Legal Assistant will be responsible for conducting thorough research to support legal proceedings and assisting in the drafting and review of various legal documents and USCIS forms. Key responsibilities include:


  • Working closely with clients to prepare and file immigration forms for non-immigrant cases such as H-1B, L-1A, E-2, O-1, and family-based cases including I-130, I-485, I-751, I-601, DACA, N-400.

  • Conducting legal research.

  • Meticulous maintenance of case records.

  • Effectively managing cases to meet filing deadlines.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • At least two years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in family or employment immigration.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
