Responsibilities:

- Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing with government agencies
- Communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding procedural and case processing issues
- Oversee case status through the use of case management and billing systems
- Follow internal intake procedures for new clients
- Maintain physical and digital files for all immigration cases
- Keep clients informed on the progress of their cases
- Assist attorneys and team members with managing caseload
- Provide regular updates to supervisors on case progress and any issues

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in Immigration Law
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
- Previous experience in a paralegal or other legal field
- Familiarity with various immigration applications, including Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and USCIS applications
- Proficiency in Case Management Software

Salary Information:

- Pay range of $20-$30/hr, with potential for higher pay based on experience and individual cases
