Summary Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced Federal Brief and Appellate Writer Attorney to work on mass tort and class action cases in various stages in federal venues. This is a fully remote role working in the Complex Litigation practice group of the law firm. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of federal litigation experience, in dispositive motion practice, in appeals, or as a Federal Law Clerk. It is also desirable for the candidate to have previous experience in mass tort/MDL brief writing. In addition, the candidate must be licensed and in good standing with their state bar, have exceptional research skills, be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals, and have superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
