Faegre Drinker, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a partnership-track mergers and acquisitions associate with three-six years of experience to join our Insurance practice group. This position is available in multiple offices including Chicago, Denver, Des Moines, Florham Park, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, .

Responsibilities:
- Work on mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional matters for clients in the insurance industry
- Manage multiple transactions concurrently
- Engage with insurance industry groups and participate in business development opportunities
- Produce high-quality work with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues in a growing and collaborative firm environment

Requirements:
- Three-six years of legal experience in mergers and acquisitions
- Preference for experience in the insurance industry (but not required)
- Excellent writing and analytical skills

Salary Information:
- Anticipated initial annual salary range: $180,000 - $305,000
- Actual salary may vary based on relevant skills, experience, and location
- Initial salary is just one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package for attorneys
- Additional benefits include productivity and discretionary bonuses, life, health, accident and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan
