Duane Morris LLP, a prestigious global law firm with over 800 attorneys, is seeking a Trial Legal Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will have the chance to work with multiple practice groups and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic legal environment.

As a Trial Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the attorneys you are assigned to. This includes transcribing dictation, typing and proofreading legal documents, managing calendars and deadlines, and maintaining client confidentiality. You will also have the opportunity to work with key clients and contacts, and assist with travel arrangements for attorneys.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other job-related software. You must also possess excellent organizational and time-management abilities, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of five years of experience in a law office is required, along with a high school diploma (associate certificate or college degree preferred).
