# Employee Benefits Attorney

Hall Render, the nation's largest healthcare focused law firm, is looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Attorney to join the team. This role requires at least 10 years of experience and a portable book of business. The successful candidate will be able to advise clients with respect to ERISA, Affordable Care Act, executive compensation, qualified retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans and health and welfare plans. Experience in complementary areas of law such as tax or employment/labor is welcomed.

The estimated annualized salary range for this role is $225,000 to $500,000, depending on the candidate’s overall experience and portable client work, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
