The opportunity to join Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP's Government Enforcement and Investigations/Litigation team as a Litigation Antitrust Associate in Washington, DC is now available. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced individual to work on a variety of challenging and complex matters with a team of talented attorneys.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Has at least 3 years of significant antitrust experience
- Has a strong understanding of antitrust principles
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills
- Is a member of the DC bar (preferred)
- Has a background in economics (a plus, but not required)

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with partners on a variety of matters, including litigation, mergers, government investigations, and counseling
- Provide top-notch legal counsel to clients
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Collaborate with other practice areas to ensure comprehensive and effective representation for clients
