Littler Mendelson . is looking for an experienced Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Charges attorney to join their team. This position requires a minimum of six years of employment law experience, including drafting persuasive position statements and representing clients at hearings and/or mediations. The successful candidate should also have familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges, preferably at both the federal and state levels on the management side.

The responsibilities of this role include:

Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Charges attorneys are full-time, remote attorneys with a reduced billable hours requirement and no obligation to engage in any business-related travel or any required business development. This position is ideal for attorneys seeking challenging work that allows for more flexibility than on-track roles.

The annual starting salary for this position is $115,000 and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Additionally, Littler Mendelson offers a generous benefits package to full-time and part-time employees working at least a 50% schedule.
