- Conduct audits of employer practices, including wage and hour policies and procedures
- Draft and revise incentive compensation documents, such as commission and bonus plans
- Develop and update policies, handbooks, and employee communication documents
- Explain complex employment law issues in a clear and understandable manner
- Identify problem-solving options and present the pros and cons for clients to make informed decisions

H2: Qualifications

- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted to the CA State Bar in good standing
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local workplace and employment law is a plus
- Understanding of current agency enforcement techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
