The St. Louis office of the law firm is currently hiring for a paralegal position with at least three years of litigation experience. The position offers competitive compensation and a range of benefits, including medical, dental, life insurance, 401k, and PTO. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate, strong organizational and communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. The paralegal will be responsible for working with four attorneys, managing documents and cases, and preparing for trials and depositions. The position has an annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours and offers opportunities for growth and advancement within a collaborative team.

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate (may be required based on region, state, or client requirements)
- At least three (3) years of litigation experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Flexible work hours may be required
- Experience with managing large dockets, toxic tort or insurance billing guidelines, and/or expert depositions and trial preparation is a plus
- Medical background or experience is a plus
- Annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours

Responsibilities:
- Work with a minimum of four attorneys
- Manage documents and cases, including review, creation, and organization
- Compile information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation
- Calendar management
- Meeting deadlines and prioritizing responsibilities
