Key Information:
- Job Title: Entry-Level Transactional Associate
- Office Location: Multiple (Denver, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Philadelphia)
- Practice Area: Various (Corporate and Insurance Transactions)
- Salary: $150,000 - $215,000 (actual initial salary may vary)
- Start Date: September 2024

Responsibilities:
- Support the transactional practice group in various legal matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents and contracts
- Work closely with senior attorneys and partners
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients

Qualifications:

- Admission to the state bar (or willingness to become admitted)
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
- Strong academic credentials
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
