As a Litigation Paralegal, you will work closely with our talented attorneys to provide support before, during, and after trials. Your responsibilities will include requesting and reviewing medical records, assisting with discovery and plaintiffs fact sheets, coordinating and summarizing depositions, and performing administrative duties. You will also have the opportunity to draft discovery responses, prepare witnesses, and assist with any other tasks requested by the attorney.

To qualify for this position, you must have at least 4 years of litigation experience and preferably completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program. Experience in Complex Litigation, Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Premises Liability, or other injury-related practice areas is preferred. We are looking for someone who can multitask, prioritize, and manage their workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as proficiency in calendaring depositions, mediations, and hearings. Knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, and court rules and procedures is also necessary. Additionally, you must be highly organized and able to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and a typing speed of at least 35 wpm is required. The ability to work remotely and support your team is also expected.
