Summary:
Miller Johnson Law Firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team at our multiple offices. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing cases, conducting investigations, preparing documents, and providing support for court hearings and trials. Responsibilities:
- Manage case files and conduct fact investigations
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and witnesses
- Prepare complaints, motions, and discovery requests
- Review and analyze documents and medical records
- Assist with court hearings and alternative dispute resolution
- Attend practice group and client meetings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Legal Studies or Paralegal Studies
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
- Knowledge of court processes and procedures
- Familiarity with court websites and document retrieval databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF creation
- Experience with Epic software preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional client service and confidentiality
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and think creatively
