Job Responsibilities
- The Paralegal will assist clients and attorneys throughout the litigation process.
- Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, preparing discovery, filing documents with the court, and preparing trial exhibits.
- Other paralegal responsibilities may be required as needed.

Qualifications
- To be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of family law experience in North Carolina.
- A relevant educational background, such as an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, is also required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is necessary, as well as strong typing skills and organizational abilities.
