Responsibilities: Review new case files and ensures all documentation and information in file is accurate. Facilitate, organize, manage Attorney Calendar in coordination with assigned attorney(s). Review case files to ensure matters are filed timely and calendar dates are accurate. Timely filing of cases, court date requests, and communication with clients for updates and resolution of cases. Completes all tasks assigned on a daily basis. Maintain case files following firm policies, ensuring all relevant information is obtained and organized in the case file. Provide constant support to attorney with ongoing cases. Attend scheduled meetings. Manage additional duties may be assigned.

Qualification and Experience Qualifications: Associate’s degree or higher in related field or 5+ years of relevant experience. 2+ years of law office experience as a legal assistant or related position. Impeccable attention to detail with processes, spelling, and communications. Independent problem solver with forward thinking solutions. Collaborative approach when working with colleagues. Energetic with positive attitude. Bilingual English/Spanish in all communication modalities.
