Responsibilities:
As a virtual paralegal for Estate Planning, you will have significant independence in your work and be responsible for maintaining timely communication with clients. Your duties may include conducting legal research, preparing and drafting estate planning documents, managing client files, and providing administrative support to attorneys. You will also have the opportunity to work with various legal software and tools, such as LexisNexis and practice management software like Practice Panther or Clio.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have a and at least 3 years of experience working in an estate planning practice. You should also be proficient in working with checklists, forms, and templates to prepare trusts, wills, healthcare directives, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to estate planning is also required. Additionally, you should possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
