- Excellent working knowledge of Concordance and Excel software
- Proficiency in PowerPoint a plus
- Accounting background and experience desirable
- Ability to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely fashion
- Attention to detail and excellent writing skills

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance team to track insurance defense cases
- Build and manipulate databases using Concordance
- Work on repetitive tasks, such as reading, extracting, and summarizing information from status reports
- Update database with accurate and timely information
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from management, attorneys, and clients in a professional manner
