Law Firm Seeks OSHA Of Counsel to Support and Guide Clients on Workplace Safety and Health Compliance

- Expected salary range between $226k - $258k, actual compensation based on experience and other factors
- Full-time position in New York City Metro Region (Melville, NYC, or White Plains offices)
- Law firm with 950+ attorneys nationwide focused on labor and employment law
- Ranked in First Tier nationally for Labor and Employment Litigation, Employment Law, and Labor Law on behalf of Management
- Develop proactive strategies, strong policies, and business-oriented solutions for high-functioning, diverse workforces
- Emphasize inclusivity and respect for all employees
- Support, collaborate, and guide clients on OSHA and other labor and employment matters
- Manage outside counsel and vendors on global EH&S issues
- Develop relationships with regulatory agencies and influence policy development
- Handle all aspects of litigation related to workplace safety and discrimination matters per OSHA regulations
- Represent clients in conferences, negotiations, and defensive litigation of citations
- Provide crisis management for clients dealing with workplace safety and health matters
- . from ABA accredited law school with exceptional academic credentials
- 8+ years of employment litigation experience preferred, OSHA experience required
- Class action or public sector experience a plus
- NY Bar Admission with "active" status required
- Must have supervisory experience
- First and/or second chair trial experience
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in highly collaborative, team environment
