Morgan & Morgan is actively seeking a Trial Attorney with a minimum of 2+ years of personal injury / premises liability experience to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. Responsibilities:
- Handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation to trial
- Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions
- Guide plaintiff clients through the case process
- Coordinate with expert witnesses and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Qualifications:
- Law degree (. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (AZ required)
- Minimum 2+ years of personal injury / premises liability experience
- Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter with long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
Salary Information:
- Generous and competitive compensation package
- Base salary, guaranteed commission, and ongoing commission fees/bonuses (uncapped)
