Job Title: Structured Credit CLO Associate (2nd - 6th Year)
Salary: $235,000 - $390,000 annually

As an associate with 2-6 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to join our Structured Credit practice and work with leading international investment banks and asset managers on a variety of sophisticated finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be a key member of deal teams in a leading structured finance practice
- Handle collateralized loan obligations (CLO) and other securitization transactions
- Work on asset-based lending transactions (bilateral and syndicated)
- Have extensive client contact and responsibilities
- Be entrepreneurial and innovative, like our clients

Qualifications:
- Admission to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where hired
- Strong academic credentials, including law school transcript
- Relevant experience in structured finance, securitization, or other sophisticated finance transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Salary:
The salary wage range for this position is a minimum of $235,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
