Parker Poe, a prestigious law firm in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Health Care Litigation practice group. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents
- Trial preparation, including electronic presentations, coordinating witnesses, and managing trial exhibits
- Electronic filings and docketing court filing deadlines
- Assisting with document productions
- Supporting other practice groups as assigned

Requirements:

- Five or more years of experience as a litigation Paralegal in a law firm or legal department
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Experience supporting one or more of the following practice groups: Litigation, Health Care
- Proficiency in federal Electronic Filing
- Experience with eDiscovery software; familiarity with Relativity preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
- Experience using a legal time and billing system
- Experience with trial presentation software preferred
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Motivated, self-directed individual with ability to anticipate and resolve issues
- Ability to prioritize work projects and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player, willing to help other team members during peak times
