## Business Attorney
Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a full-service law firm with 285 attorneys and 16 offices located across New York State, Boston, Kansas City, FL, and NJ, is seeking an experienced Business Attorney to join its large and growing Business Department.

### Qualifications
Applicant should have a background in:

- Private and public merger and acquisition transactions, both in structuring and financing
- General corporate counseling of for profit and not-for-profit entities, including software licensing and commercial and vendor contracting
- Working with closely-held and family businesses
- Negotiating high dollar technology, commercial and vendor contracts
- Business structuring and governance

### Required Competencies
- Ability to procure, cultivate and sustain a client base while working in a multi-office, team-based environment
- Excellent organizational, time management and intrapersonal and communication skills
- Admitted and in good standing with the NYS Bar
- Experience managing matters independently with limited supervision

### Preferred Qualifications
- Counseling higher education institutions
- Health care law
- Emerging, closely-held, or family-owned businesses
- Credit unions
