Law Firm Seeks Employee Benefit/Executive Comp. Attorney in Various Locations

Are you an experienced attorney with a passion for advising clients on employment tax issues? Do you possess strong analytical and writing skills? If so, Ogletree Deakins wants to hear from you! We are currently seeking a Lateral Attorney to support our national employee benefits practice in various locations including Morristown, NJ, Indianapolis, IN, Atlanta, GA, and Portland, OR.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with shareholders located across our offices, providing support and guidance on state and federal payroll reporting requirements, correction procedures, and more. With a focus on employee retention credit and fringe benefit taxation, this role offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of employment tax issues.

Requirements for this position include a Juris Doctor degree and at least 3 years of experience in employment tax in a law firm, in-house, or Big 4 Accounting firm setting. An LLM in Tax is preferred. Strong communication and time management skills are also essential for success in this role.
