Summary:

The law firm, Cohen Milstein, is seeking an entry-level Securities Paralegal to join their Washington, . office. This individual will provide support for the Securities Litigation & Investor Protection practice group and must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits, with a hybrid work schedule including up to three remote days per week. Responsibilities:

- Preparing documents for production
- Preparing for depositions and court proceedings
- Detailed cite-checking and blue-booking
- Basic legal research

Qualifications:

- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Exacting attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Internet research, LexisNexis, Westlaw, and other legal research databases

Schedule:

- Full Time: 35 hour work week
- Typically Monday through Friday; 9:00 . to 5:00 .
- Flexibility for overtime as needed
- Hybrid work schedule with up to three remote days per week
