This full-time position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ARC Docketing & Filing Specialist will be responsible for providing critical date management and court filing support to attorneys throughout the firm. This includes reviewing documents for relevant deadlines, docketing actions with accuracy, and performing comprehensive docket reviews. Additionally, the specialist will handle all federal, state, appellate, and administrative electronic filings, as well as research and respond to inquiries regarding court rules and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Review documents and research inquiries to determine relevant deadlines - Docket client-specific actions with accuracy and maintain case files - Perform all federal, state, appellate, and administrative electronic filings - Research and respond to inquiries regarding court rules and procedures - Prioritize and process requests from case team members for electronic filings - Scan, save, and copy court documents as required - Coordinate with outside vendors for service-of-process and document retrieval - Adhere to all firm policies, procedures, and guidelines while maintaining confidentiality Qualifications: - Associate's degree preferred, but applicable work experience may be considered - Minimum of 5 years' experience in a law firm or legal/corporate department - Previous experience as a paralegal, with extensive knowledge of court filings and document review - Exceptional technical skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite - Working knowledge of federal and state court rules and electronic filing processes - Proficiency in legal terminology and experience in related practice areas - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Professional demeanor and appearance Salary Information: The salary range for this position varies depending on location. In the state of California, the estimated range is $80,000 - $95,000. This range takes into account factors such as experience, education, and market demands.
